“Staff were very kind, enjoyed service at the Biergarten very much. The New Rhelm Vienna beer was amazing with the delicious pretzel and beer cheese. Cottage was quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking spots are labeled for your cottage. Really enjoyed the mashup of Jules and Woodlands as Woodlands is getting a face lift. Overall, Walkable and not too far to anything. Loved the S'more hour. “We had the wonderful experience of being in a room with beds almost as hard as boards and a "service dog" barking for hours next door because its owners left it caged while they went somewhere until midnight. The manager refused to do anything. The night desk clerks tried multiple times to reach the owner of the dog multiple times and even went into the room to make sure no one was hurt (kudos to them). An actual trained service dog would not need to be left behind or would bark incessantly...

“Breakfast was less than desirable. Your choices are: waffles (though the batter ran out and wasn’t refilled), watery eggs, sausage links, toast, and two kinds of cereal. Fine for one day, got very old for four in a row.”

“This hotel was the nastiest hotel we’ve ever seen. It was so bad we left within 15 mins and booked another hotel up the road. The check in experience was ok, but the man behind the counter wasn’t wearing anything but casual clothes, so that was our first red flag. They also didn’t have any food or drinks at the front desk aside from 2 bulging cans of coke and a few bottles of water for cash only, which we didn’t have. “The rain was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. We were able to park right outside of our room.”

“The room was not that clean at all the baseboards and walls were never wiped down. The beds were clean . But don’t think I would ever stay there again. Don’t recommend to my friends to ever stay there. It was late at night so we stopped but never again.”

“Immediately lost cell service at the property. All our phones read “SOS” access which was a bit unnerving. Property was fine - served our needs - clean, somewhere to shower/sleep/eat.”
